Allegheny River Trail in Clarion County

The Allegheny River Trail in Clarion County (ARTinCC) is a 14.1 mile segment of the 250 mile Erie to Pittsburgh Trail. The ARTinCC is largely under development, focusing on 2 Gaps in the trail:  Emlenton to Foxburg (3.25 miles), then Parker to Upper Hillville (roughly 6 miles).  These two gaps are Sections 19 and 20 in a 2020 Report on the entire 270 mile Erie to Pittsburgh Trail, generated by the Pennsylvania Environmental Council (PEC).
